Follow cGMP guidelines and ensure compliance across all activities
Inspect molds and components for accuracy and quality compliance
Troubleshoot and resolve mold-related issues (e.g., flashing, galling, venting, cooling)
Disassemble, assemble, repair, clean, and polish molds with precision
Perform close-tolerance machining using CNC lathes, milling machines, and grinders
Fabricate and assemble dies, molds, fixtures, and tooling components
Use precision measuring instruments to ensure accuracy
Modify and enhance existing molds, tools, and components
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate issues to supervisors
Ensure molds are production-ready and meet all dimensional and visual quality standards
Recommend design improvements and material substitutions when applicable
Occasional travel may be required, though it is not expected to be frequent
