High School Diploma or equivalent
At least 6 months-1 year experience in direct care of individuals with developmental disabilities (such as Autism, Down's syndrome, etc.)
Must have some experience working with severe behavioral challenges such as verbal and physical aggression, running away, and so on.
Behavioral de-escalation, knowledge of client rights and advocacy
Must be able to pass applicable criminal and driver history background checks and a pre-employment physical and TB test.
Valid CA Driver's license
Must have driver history of at least one year as a licensed driver (in any US state)
All positions require working at least one weekend shift (some schedules include both weekend days) on a regular basis
Relevant experience includes: Behavioral Technician, Behavioral Interventionist, ABA, DSP with Developmentally disabled population
