Flexible scheduling

Hours of operation are Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM ET.

A minimum of 20 hours per week

Certification runs for 10 days, Monday-Friday, from 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM ET

You'll need a quiet, dedicated workspace

Access to high-speed, hardwired internet (no Wi-Fi or Satellite, please)

A PC with Windows 11 (Macs and Chromebooks are not supported at this time)

At least 8GB of RAM, with at least 4GB available for use

A processor capable of reliably running all required software and programs simultaneously

Up-to-date antivirus software

Dual monitors, each capable of displaying at least 1024 x 768 pixels

A USB noise-cancelling headset

A webcam for your Certification experience

A smart phone to facilitate dual-factor authentication

Each independent contractor services a minimum of 20 hours per week

At least one year of experience in a call center customer service environment is preferred

Medical office, pharmacy, or non-clinical medical experience is very helpful

High school diploma or equivalent

3+ years of relevant experience in general building repair and maintenance, basic plumbing, and electrical

Ability to read, understand and follow SOP's for procedures, buildings and equipment

Possess mechanical and electrical aptitude

Must have ability to regularly lift up to 25 lbs. and occasionally lift up to 50 lbs.

Must have the ability to safely perform overhead work while standing on ladders up to 28 ft.

Must have the ability to regularly walk, bend, stoop, crouch, crawl, lift, push, pull, etc. in order to test and perform maintenance.

Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Completion of an applicable technical training program is desirable

Strong computer skills, Microsoft office and CMMS experience a plus

Must have or be able to obtain Aerial and Boom lift certificates (performed in house)
