High School Diploma or equivalent
Minimum of 2 years of experience in electrical and mechanical systems testing or repair.
Two years of college/technical school, four years of related experience, or equivalent combination.
Experience with lean manufacturing and continuous improvement tools (MDI, Kaizen, 5S, etc.).
Proficiency with quality inspection methods and processes.
Strong computer skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio, etc.).
Knowledge of manufacturing processes and assembly operations.
Skilled in blueprint reading and knowledgeable in GD&T.;
Basic understanding of compressor-related components and critical features.
Skilled in data management and proficient in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Safety Sensitive roles may require that you pass additional drug screening.
