Bachelor's degree in human resources, business or related field preferred, or equivalent combination of experience and education.
Five or more years of related Human Resources experience is preferred.
Experience working in a unionized environment is desired.
Experience in a manufacturing environment is strongly preferred.
Experience using HRIS Systems such as Workday and Dimensions UKG is preferred.
