Advanced proficiency in 3D modeling software

Candidate must be capable of performing detailed measurements and planning new avionics installations directly from 3D models.

Strong knowledge of aircraft wiring systems, wire routing, electrical installations, and blueprint interpretation is essential.

High School Diploma or GED Two (2) years of accredited schooling in aviation electronics and two (2) years related work experience; or four (4) years experience in an avionics/electronic career field.

Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematic diagrams.

Possess a working knowledge of the Gulfstream Policies and Procedures manual, Inspection Procedures manual, and pertinent Process Specifications.

Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand the English language.

Our average starting earnings begin at $65,000 per year.

$1,500 after 60 days of service

Certification in 5 categories of Mechanics Certification by the National Institute of Automotive Services Excellence (ASE) in Medium Heavy Trucks or equivalent certification from an automobile/medium truck manufacturer (e.g., Ford, GM, Mack, Kenworth, International Daimler Chrysler), trade school, or equivalent state license/certification.

These assignments require a minimum age of 18, an acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license.

May require the ability to drive a vehicle with manual transmission, depending on assignment.

Satisfactory attendance record and performance ratings in present job.

Satisfactory results from a security investigation, unless previously required.

Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL) strongly preferred

Depending on assignment, may require a Class A Commercial Driver's License if driving vehicles over 26,000 lbs. after proper training and qualification on state and company driving tests.
