This is a Seasonal Position

This position may be required to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

High School diploma or GED.

Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Willingness to travel (day or overnight) as needed.

College degree, preferably in HR or Business.

1-2 years' experience in the outdoor industry (bonus points if within the ski industry).

1 year of experience in recruiting.

Intermediate to advanced experience with Microsoft Office.

Have a valid Drivers license

Ability to pass the Snowshoe Driving Program

This position has a starting pay range of $13.00 to $13.50 per hour.
