3 or more years of experience diagnosing and repairing all brands of heavy diesel equipment

Basic computer knowledge.

Driver's license with a good driving record.

Must provide own tools.

Requires candidates to successfully pass a pre-employment drug test.

Preferably John Deere equipment.

CDL preferred.

$23.00 - $32.00 Per Hour

CNC laser cutting and/or press brake experience required.

High school diploma or equivalent

Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, work orders, and measurements.

Ability to use basic precision measuring tools, including calipers and micrometers.

Mechanical aptitude with the ability to understand machine operation and perform basic troubleshooting.

Ability to learn and operate multiple types of fabrication equipment.

Ability to follow written and verbal instructions and work safely in a manufacturing environment.

Ability to stand and walk for extended periods during the workday.

Ability to regularly lift and move materials and finished parts weighing up to 35 lbs.

Ability to bend, stoop, reach, and work around manufacturing equipment.

Ability to safely perform repetitive tasks and work in a manufacturing environment where exposure to noise, metal, and machinery is present.

Ability to wear required personal protective equipment (PPE).

NPI maintains a drug free workplace policy and conducts pre-employment testing in compliance with Washington SB 5123.

Technical or vocational training preferred.

Previous experience with Lean Manufacturing, 5S, or continuous improvement practices is a plus.

Preferred: Prior welding experience and the ability to perform basic welding tasks related to fabrication.
