Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related electronics discipline.
3+ years of electrical engineering experience required; 5+ years preferred.
Experience troubleshooting electrical systems, PCBs, and electronic assemblies.
Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and PCB layouts.
Hands-on experience using oscilloscopes, probes, multimeters, and other electrical test equipment.
Experience performing root cause analysis and failure investigations.
Experience supporting products in a manufacturing, production, sustaining engineering, or validation environment.
Experience with PCB design tools, preferably Altium.
Strong understanding of electronic hardware and manufacturing processes.
Strong documentation, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
