Proven experience as a Project Manager in construction, with a focus on tenant improvement and capital improvement projects.
510 years of construction project management experience, ideally in commercial office environments.
Experience in construction management; design, interior architecture, or engineering backgrounds are also applicable.
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present and explain proposals, reports, and findings to clients and stakeholders.
Effective problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently, manage ones time, and handle multiple projects and priorities.
Knowledge of production processes, quality control, costs, and techniques for maximizing effective delivery of construction projects.
Knowledge of business and management principles, including strategic planning, resource allocation, and production methods.
Proficiency with computer software such as Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Project, and Visio.
Bachelors degree in business administration or a related field such as construction management, engineering, or a similar discipline.
Drivers license required to travel between multiple project sites in the Radnor area.
Experience managing non-IT projects in fields such as engineering, construction, or product roll-out.
