5+ years of residential or light commercial new construction plumbing experience
2+ years of experience leading crews or supervisors
Proven experience selling to or managing relationships with builders and general contractors
Strong plan-reading skills
Experience with takeoffs and estimating
Strong understanding of job costing
Working knowledge of local plumbing codes
Knowledge of permitting and inspection processes
Comfortable using estimating software, CRM/bid-board systems, Excel and scheduling tools
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Ability to walk active construction sites in varying weather conditions
Comfortable working on uneven terrain
Ability to climb ladders
Ability to access crawlspaces and attics
Ability to kneel, bend and crawl for short periods
