Up to three (3) shifts per week, which will be between 8-to-10-hour shifts

During off-peak months (April through August) the site works an 8-hour day shift schedule with occasional overtime when needed.

You have a valid US Driver's License

You are willing and able to do the following with or without reasonable accommodation: Climb and/or work in elevated areas, Stand and sit for extended periods, work outdoors and indoors in hot, cold, wet, and dry conditions, lift up to fifty (50) lbs., and perform work that involves repetitive motion and lifting

You have your High School Diploma/GED OR are willing and able to obtain your GED within twelve (12) months of hire as a condition of employment

Two-Year Technical or Associates Degree

You have one (1) year of education and/or experience in operations, manufacturing, agriculture, or related industry

Knowledge or experience with LEAN Manufacturing principles such as 5S, Continuous Improvement and Standardized Work

General knowledge and/or experience with field and/or agriculture equipment (plows, tractor, forklift, etc.)

Working knowledge of manufacturing principals and basic shop math.

Knowledge of hand tools and general inspection tools.

Ability to read and follow work order, set up, tool, and measurement instructions.

Possesses a moderate understanding of general aspects of the job.

Computer skills (MS Office) and experience in ERP systems preferred.

Experience in production and quality control methods (ISO9001, AS9100 etc.) preferred.

Previous experience in Lean Manufacturing implementation and production systems helpful.

Day Shift: Monday-Thursday 5:30am-4:00pm

Night Shift: Tuesday - Thursday 4:30PM-5:00AM

Team members may work evening, overnight, and weekend shifts, with voluntary and scheduled overtime as needed

Physical fitness to move continuously throughout the facility, lift up to 70 pounds, and operate power equipment.

Adherence to safety protocols, wearing necessary personal protective equipment.

Ability to work in varying conditions, from extreme temperatures to noisy environments.

High school diploma or GED equivalent.

Previous experience in distribution center operations or warehouse settings.

Proficiency in operating power equipment (e.g., forklift, reach truck).

Basic math, reading comprehension, and computer skills.

Spatial reasoning for effective product positioning.
