Bachelors degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Materials, Electrical, Computer Science, or related field) from an accredited university.
Foundation in mechanical engineering principles and practices.
Experience or relevant project-based learning in gas turbine design, repair, manufacturing, or services.
Knowledge of quality control practices and standard operating procedures in a manufacturing environment.
Ability to conduct root cause failure analysis and participate in structured RCA investigations.
Experience working with non-conformance reports and related documentation.
Ability to read and interpret mechanical and electrical drawings.
Familiarity with Kaizen initiatives
Academic or internship supporting gas turbine design, repair, manufacturing, or services.
Academic or hands-on experience in process development such as fixture development, machining (mills/EDMs), laser applications (cladding/ablation), joining/brazing, coating, or inspection technologies.
Understanding of advanced manufacturing and repair technologies for gas turbine components.
