3+ years of experience in a technical manufacturing function such as Manufacturing Engineering, Maintenance, Quality, Continuous Improvement, Industrial Engineering, or related disciplines.
Strong ability to read, write, and maintain technical documentation including SOPs, standard work instructions, process documentation, and engineering records.
Experience in CAD software and the ability to interpret, modify, and maintain engineering drawings.
Ability to work effectively in a large and complex production environment spanning multiple facilities and shifts.
Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
Working knowledge of 5S, Lean Manufacturing principles, SPC methodologies, root cause analysis techniques, and continuous improvement tools.
Knowledge of manufacturing safety practices, quality systems, and regulatory compliance requirements.
