Minimum 2-4 years of technical experience in building mechanical systems with background in HVAC, plumbing, or related mechanical disciplines
Physical ability to lift 50-80 pounds, work at heights up to 30 feet, and operate in extreme temperature conditions and mechanical equipment areas
