Pay Range: $22.00 - $24.00 / hour

Training Completion Bonus: $1,500***

BONUS POTENTIAL (Paid Quarterly): Up to 12% of Annual Earnings

Training completion bonuses are paid in 2 equal payments according to the following schedule: payment 1 processes at the time of training completion, payment 2 processes 30 days following training completion. To be eligible for each bonus payment, the new hire must be employed at the time of payout.

Open availability and ability to work a minimum of 5 days and 32 to 48 hours per week

Ability to work a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends, and holidays

Must be 18 years of age or older

Must have a valid driver's license, vehicle insurance, and reliable transportation

Successful completion of background check

Must possess leadership qualities, organizational skills, and ability to interact cooperatively with others

1-3 years management experience required

Sit, stand, and walk continuously

Occasionally stoop, bend, crouch, or climb, including the use of ladders

Frequently lift, push, pull, and carry up to 50 pounds, including lifting overhead

Continuous use of hands and wrists for grasping and fine manipulation

Communicate proficiently through speech, reading, and writing

Maintain effective audio-visual discrimination and perception to observe and respond to the environment

Work in an environment that features hot and cold temperature variations and exposure to food allergens

Operate and work safely with restaurant equipment including, but not limited to, knives, fryers, and potentially hazardous equipment

Restaurant management experience preferred
