Currently, all production happens on 1st shift.

There will inevitably be times when extended work hours or work weekends will be required to complete customer deliveries on time.

First Shift work hours

All Technicians must be able to stand on their feet for several hours at a time and lift heavy objects up to 50lbs on very occasionally.

A high school diploma is a minimal educational requirement

Must have basic math and mechanical knowledge, manual dexterity, good eyesight and the ability to perform repetitive tasks.

Understanding of basic tools

Prior experience in a crafts field, manufacturing or a related field is highly beneficial.

Industrial certifications are greatly respected.

Highly desired but not mandatory: A two-year technical certificate that would lead to your fast and successful contribution to the MSC team.

Incoming, basic familiarity with 5S, AS9100, OSHA, EPA standards.

Experience operating within a QMS (Quality Management System)
