License: Active license and in good standing as a LICSW, LMFT, LMHC, or Psychologist (PhD or PsyD) in Washington
Cross-licensure: Willing and motivated to become licensed in other states. We will cover the cost.
Caseload: Available for 8-24 hours per week, with 85% of time in client sessions. Sessions will include ongoing therapy and new client consults appointments.
Experience: 2+ years of clinical experience with adults (18+), at least six months of teletherapy experience, and proficient with clinical assessments (e.g., PHQ-9) for tracking client progress
Tech: At least six months of teletherapy experience and experience with electronic health record (EHR) systems
Schedule: Select 7-10 session hours between 8am and 9pm PST, Monday through Friday. Available during regular business hours for a minimum of 1 hour per week during the first 6 weeks for training, followed by 30 minutes per month for ongoing support.
Documentation: All documentation to be completed, signed, and locked in EMR within 48 hours of client contact. Option to use an AI-assist tool.
