Current Epic Certification or Proficiency in one or more relevant module(s) (e.g., HB, PB, Cadence, Referrals, Orders, ClinDoc, Clarity).

3+ years of build Epic build and configuration experience

Previous experience in a leadership or supervisory role.

Experience with system integration, HL7, FHIR, and interface testing.

Exposure to SQL/Clarity, Caboodle, SlicerDicer, or reporting tools (e.g., Radar, Reporting Workbench).

Prior work in patient access, billing, coding, finance, or clinical operations (for respective modules).

ITIL Foundation certification desired not required.

Certifications in one or more Epic applications

Experience in a large healthcare system or hospital setting.

Experience with other healthcare applications and systems.

Pharmacist

2+ years of Pharmacist experience.

Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) or Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy from an accredited institution.

Active Pharmacist license in state of Ohio.

Experience with sterile compounding;

Proficiency in USP 797 and 800 requirements and best practices.

Current knowledge of state and federal pharmacy laws, rules and regulations related to the practice of pharmacy

Ability to work flexible shift times

Proficiency in Windows based computer systems

Must be able to undergo respirator fit testing

Must be able to lift at least 25 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation

Must be able to stand for long periods of time

Pharmacists will work in a variety of positions and locations such as sitting, standing, squatting, kneeling, reaching, and walking; for prolonged periods of time

Must be able to wear required compounding safety equipment for long periods of time when required.

This position requires medical approval to wear respiratory protection in the form of negative or positive pressure respirators, including N95, full face respirator, SCBA, or Powered Air Purifying Respirator (PAPR).

Physical exertion required. Including, but not limited to, walking up to 50% of the time, standing up to 100% of the time, squatting and bending up to 20% of the time and lifting up to 80% of the time for up to a twelve hour shift. Must be able to lift up to 50lbs.

Due to the risk of reproductive capability in handling or compounding certain Hazardous Drugs (HD) associates must be willing to confirm that they understand the potential risks (teratogenicity, carcinogenicity and reproductive effects) of handling hazardous drugs.

Preferably compounding from non-sterile starting components.

Familiarity with electronic documentation systems and compounding workflow software.

High School Diploma or equivalent

Minimum 2 year's experience in human resources in a TA Coordinator, HR Coordinator, HR Specialist or HR Generalist role

Knowledge and skill in employment law

Expertise in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and internet

Ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality

Bachelor's Degree preferred

Must have/gain knowledge of the Hospital Medical Staff rules and infection control policies to be effective in this position.
