High School Diploma or equivalent required
A valid State Journeyman Electrician License, or an Associate's Degree in Electrical/Electromechanical Technology, or completion of a formal apprenticeship program is highly preferred
Minimum of 3 to 5 years of proven experience as an Industrial Electrician in a manufacturing or production environment (Plastics, thermoforming, or food C beverage manufacturing experience is a strong plus)
Strong proficiency with 480V/277V and 208V/120V systems
Ability to read and interpret complex electrical schematics, blueprints, and equipment manuals
Working knowledge of PLC troubleshooting (Allen-Bradley, Siemens, etc.)
Comprehensive understanding of OSHA electrical safety regulations, LOTO, and the NEC
Prior experience working in combustible dust environments (Class II locations) is highly desirable
Flexibility to support on-call rotation and off-shift coverage to ensure continuous 24/7 operations
Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and climb ladders/stairs for extended periods
Must be able to safely lift to 50 lbs
Operate high-reach equipment (scissor lifts, boom lifts)
Must comply with all GMP facility growing requirements
