Previous experience in food manufacturing, food safety, quality assurance, or bakery operations.
Knowledge of Current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMPs), HACCP, Preventive Controls, and food safety systems.
Experience conducting inspections, product testing, or quality evaluations in a production environment.
Familiarity with allergen control, lot traceability, and document control processes.
Experience working with manufacturing equipment, scales, metal detectors, imaging devices, or other measurement instruments.
