One (1) year of manufacturing or industrial production experience.

Experience with industrial painting, powder coating, sandblasting, or similar finishing processes.

Ability to read work orders and production documentation.

Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to safely operate manufacturing equipment.

High school diploma or equivalent

Experience with: Industrial spray painting

Powder coating systems

Sandblasting equipment

HVLP or conventional spray guns

Overhead conveyor systems

Hand and power tools including grinders and sanders

Lean Manufacturing or 5S principles

Strong attention to detail
