Current AWS welding certification – required.
Demonstrated welding ability – candidates must be willing to complete an onsite welding skills demonstration.
Hands-on experience cutting, bending, fitting, and fabricating metal.
Ability to fabricate racks, fixtures, tooling, or similar custom metal components.
Ability to measure accurately and fabricate to required dimensions.
Experience using common hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and fabrication equipment.
Ability to read and follow written instructions, work orders, measurements, drawings, and maintenance documentation.
Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, kneel, and work in various positions throughout the shift.
Ability to use hands and arms for welding, fabrication, maintenance, and repair work.
Ability to safely operate hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and fabrication equipment.
Ability to work around production equipment and machinery.
Ability to perform physical work associated with industrial maintenance and metal fabrication.
Ability to safely lift and move materials, tools, and equipment as required by the position.
