Flexibility to participate in occasional weekend standby support coverage.

Candidate must be located near Schaumburg, IL or Farmington Hills, MI

Must reside within an EPLAN location (Farmington Hills, MI or Schaumburg, IL areas).

Applicants must be authorized to work on an unrestricted basis.

Hands-on experience using CAD/CAE software for electrical design is preferred.

$26.90 hourly + mileage reimbursement + phone stipend + sales commission

Base hourly rate is guaranteed for all hours worked and paid bi-weekly.

You may start as late as 4:00 PM, but you must be available to work until 9:00 PM on your scheduled days (end time may vary based on customer needs).

Satisfactory driving record with at least 1 year driving experience

Target Base Salary Range: $72,700 - $105,400 USD

Deep understanding of PCB manufacturing processes, IPC standards, material properties (FR-4, High-Speed Digital, RF/Microwave), panelization, and impedance stackups.

Familiarity with defense/industrial compliance standards, specifically CMMC, ITAR, or EAR regulations.

Proficiency with CAM viewing tools, ERP/MRP procurement systems, and advanced Excel/data analytics for tracking and reporting.

3+ years of experience in PCB fabrication, CAM engineering, or technical PCB procurement/supply chain management.

U.S. Citizenship required as well as the ability to obtain necessary security clearance as required by government contractors.

Familiarity with AI-enhanced EDA/CAM verification tools, predictive supply chain platforms, or automated visual inspection systems (AOI/AXI) is a plus.
