Behavioral Support Experience
Valid driver's license
Insurable driving record
Ability to pass a Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) check with minimal violations (no provisional restrictions)
Must have reliable transportation to and from work
Be able to drive themselves between work sites when required
Must also be comfortable driving agency vans when transporting individuals served
At minimum, a high school diploma, GED, or foreign equivalent
Must be 21 years of age or older
Ability to attend and successfully complete a required two-week, in-office paid training upon hire
Maintain annual recertifications
Comfortable using computers and agency systems to document thorough, accurate, and detailed shift summary reports; log data into electronic systems, check and respond to emails, and upload required documentation
Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and other web-based systems
Ability to provide professional references during the application process
Ability to assist residents with mobility and personal care
Constant: 10 lbs
Frequent: 25 lbs
Occasional: 50 lbs
