Experience with retail operations, sales, P &L;, merchandising, inventory, customer service, scheduling, and loss prevention.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Excel, POS systems, retail technology, and inventory management systems.
Flexibility to work varied schedules, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and a 50-hour workweek based on business needs.
Must meet federal requirements to qualify for a Federal Firearms License (FFL), when applicable.
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
Ability to lift, push, and/or pull up to 50 pounds.
Ability to operate forklifts, pallet jacks, ladders, handheld devices, and other retail equipment.
Ability to navigate all areas of the store, including stairs and outdoor areas.
Close vision required for computer-related activities.
