Minimum of 8 years in troubleshooting, diagnosing and repairing electrical, mechanical and pneumatic systems on machine tools or equivalent experience
A high level of awareness of industrial safety hazards and how to work safely in a manufacturing environment
Experience leading cross-functional teams
Project management experience and skills
Experience with large machine tools and maintenance strategies
The ability to read engineering drawings and schematics
Good computer skills, including use of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Experience with Siemens, Fanuc, and Heidenhain controls
Experience working with machine controllers parameters and logic systems
The incumbent must be able to access and safely navigate production areas which may include climbing, kneeling, stooping, and working in confined spaces.
Must also be able to comply with all requirements including the use of required personal protective equipment (PPE) in accordance with company policy.
