Approximately 20–25 hours per week, primarily mornings and afternoons.
Morning care will generally be 6:00–8:30 AM and afternoon care around 5:30–6:30 PM, depending on my work schedule (7:00 AM–5:30 PM / 7:30 AM–6:00 PM).
Additional care will be needed for early dismissals, sick days when I'm unable to stay home, school closures, and occasional date nights.
My job also requires holiday-season Mandatory Overtime (MET), so I will need additional nanny coverage during that period as well.
