Highschool Diploma or GED required and related experience.
1 year of proven CNC Mills experience.
Overhead crane experience.
Ford truck experience.
Ability to do light CNC editing.
Ability to interpret and adhere to blueprints.
Capable of understanding and following routing information.
Ability to inspect work and meet quality requirements.
Experience using steady rest.
Able to perform machine set up ( install proper chuck jaws and tooling)
Basic understanding of equipment and processes in the area of responsibility.
Ability to read precision measuring equipment.
Basic programming knowledge or experience, set-up capabilities, tooling knowledge, understanding of feeds and speed and gearing technology.
Some fixturing knowledge.
Own basic hand tools at minimum.
Minimal layout capabilities.
Basic product knowledge.
Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at times.
