At least 1 year of relevant experience in a communications, dispatch, customer service, or office support role.
Ability to accurately enter information into a web-based program while actively taking calls.
Experience or familiarity using a 2-way radio for operational communication.
General knowledge of city streets to support dispatching and location-based coordination.
