Minimum of 5 years of construction management experience

Experience managing trades valued at $50 million or more

Experience with large or complex safety plan implementation

Strong working knowledge of Primavera, Excel, Word, and MS Project

Experience managing projects using established cost reporting methods (cash flow, safety, cost, schedule, VDC)

Extensive knowledge of all facets of construction

Understanding of contract types and terms, including General Conditions, burn rates, and fee analysis

Understanding of insurance programs, including SDI, builder's risk policies, OCIP, and CCIP

Undergraduate degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a closely related field (or equivalent relevant education, training, or work experience)

PMP certification

Data center construction experience
