High School diploma or GED, required with relevant experience
Must pass Pulmonary Function Test (PFT) if working on stainless steel.
Minimum 1 years of professional experience related to manufacturing
Basic math skills required and the ability to read a tape measure.
Demonstrated ability to read and understand blueprints.
Successful completion of the G Welder test.
Proficiency in English-both spoken and written-is required to ensure safe and effective performance of job duties. This includes the ability to understand and follow blueprints, safety instructions, hazard communications, and emergency procedures with clarity and confidence.
Regularly exert up to 50 lbs of force occasionally; 30 lbs of force frequently
Stand or walk for 80% of the workday
Maintain visual acuity for operating vehicles and heavy equipment
Mobility & Posture: Standing, walking, crouching, stooping, kneeling, and balancing on varied surfaces
Manual Dexterity: Reaching, grasping, pushing, pulling, and lifting objects using upper body strength
Fine Motor Skills: Repetitive motions involving wrists, hands, and fingers for precision tasks
Adequate hearing to distinguish sounds and spoken communication in a work environment
Must wear Personal Protective Equipment: steel toe boots, safety glasses, and ear plugs
