High school diploma or equivalent
2-5 years of experience working with brake press machinery in a manufacturing setting.
Proficiency in reading blueprints, engineering drawings, and shop math required.
Proficiency with precision measuring instruments, including protractors, calipers, micrometers, and angle gauges, is required.
Candidates must be able to accurately read measurements to 1/32 of an inch.
Basic computer skills for entering production or quality data.
Team members must be able to safely perform a range of physical activities, including standing and walking for extended periods, with frequent use of hands for tasks requiring dexterity and grip.
Roles may require frequent bending, kneeling, and maintaining balance, with occasional climbing or repositioning to support production needs.
This position is classified as medium work, requiring the ability to lift, carry, or move materials up to 50 lbs occasionally, 30 lbs frequently, and 10 lbs consistently.
