Ability to lift a minimum of 80 lbs., use ladders up to 30 ft, and possess mechanical and electrical aptitude.

Minimum 3 years of general maintenance experience in commercial or institutional facilities
Valid driver's license

Ability to drive company vehicles safely in various weather and traffic conditions, sometimes requiring long distance travel throughout designated portfolio.
Working knowledge of plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and building systems with HVAC knowledge as required by client scope
Demonstrated ability to use hand and power tools safely and effectively
Proficiency using computerized work order systems (CMMS) and basic tablet or mobile device applications
This role will require 24/7 on-call on a rotational basis
