Previous toolroom machining experience required.
Experience programming CNC equipment using Mastercam required.
Experience designing and manufacturing machining fixtures, workholding, jigs, and tooling required.
Strong CNC machining, setup, programming, and troubleshooting experience.
Experience operating manual machining equipment.
Strong knowledge of machining processes, cutting tools, feeds and speeds, tooling selection, and workholding methods.
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, GD&T;, and CAD models.
Experience with precision measurement equipment and tight-tolerance machining.
Strong mechanical aptitude, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to independently take a tooling or fixture requirement from concept through programming, machining, prove-out, and implementation.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while effectively collaborating across departments.
Eligible to work in the United States at an ITAR facility without company sponsorship.
