2+ years of experience in a data center, critical environment, or IT infrastructure role.
Experience performing rack and stack deployments.
Knowledge of server hardware and component replacement.
Experience with copper and fiber optic cabling standards and best practices.
Understanding of networking fundamentals including TCP/IP, Ethernet, switches, and routers.
Ability to troubleshoot hardware, connectivity, and infrastructure issues.
Familiarity with ticketing systems and technical documentation.
Comfortable working overnight shifts in a 24x7 operational environment.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in raised-floor or large-scale data center environments.
