High School Diploma or GED required
Minimum 7-10 years of machining experience in a manufacturing environment.
Extensive experience operating CNC mills and lathes.
Strong understanding of machining principles, cutting tools, feeds, speeds, and material properties.
Ability to read and interpret complex blueprints, engineering drawings, and GD&T.;
Proficiency with precision measurement and inspection equipment.
Ability to stand for extended periods.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
Frequent bending, reaching, and handling of materials and tooling.
Ability to work safely around machinery and manufacturing equipment.
