Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Design Engineering, Automation, or a related technical discipline.
Minimum of two years of related manufacturing engineering experience.
Strong analytical, critical-thinking, and structured problem-solving skills.
Clear verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across functions and levels of the organization.
Ability to manage multiple priorities with accuracy, thoroughness, and timely follow-through.
Collaborative approach, strong team orientation, and willingness to share knowledge and support colleagues.
Commitment to a positive work environment and to the continued application of lean and continuous-improvement practices.
Working knowledge of 2D and 3D CAD tools, including, SolidWorks, and Creo.
Experience with electronic design-development tools, test fixtures, and simulation tools.
Knowledge of CNC programming and troubleshooting is preferred.
Experience working with mechanical component suppliers, and other technical vendors.
Working knowledge of SAP or a comparable ERP system and Microsoft Office applications.
Ability to perform mechanical design calculations, interpret engineering requirements, and prepare clear technical documentation.
