Full-time, 40 hours per week

Monday through Friday

LPN

Completion of an accredited practical nursing program leading to LPN/LVN eligibility is required.

A high school diploma or equivalent is required.

Current, unencumbered state Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN/LVN) license is required.

Successful completion of the NCLEX-PN examination is required.

Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required.

Skilled in ambulatory nursing care within the LPN scope.

Accurate vital sign measurement, medication and immunization administration, and specimen collection.

Ability to room patients, prepare rooms, and assist with office procedures.

Comfort documenting in the electronic health record and using clinical messaging tools.

Epic experience highly preferred

Experience in an ambulatory or physician practice setting is preferred.

One to two years of nursing experience is preferred, ideally in an ambulatory or outpatient setting.
