This position requires that the candidate selected must currently possess and maintain an active TS/SCI Security Clearance with Polygraph.

The position further requires the candidate to opt into a commensurate clearance for each government agency for which they perform AWS work.

3+ years of programming in Python, Ruby, Go, Swift, Java, .Net, C++ or similar object oriented language experience

Experience with CloudFormation, Chef, Puppet, Salt, or Ansible in production environments

3+ years of cloud architecture and solution implementation experience

Experience with continuous integration and continuous delivery

US government security clearance of top secret or above, or 3+ years of security, compliance and risk management experience

25+ years of experience in desktop support, service desk, end-user computing, or technical support environments.

Proven experience providing both onsite and remote support in a geographically dispersed enterprise environment.

Hands-on experience troubleshooting Windows 10 and Windows 11 desktops and laptops, including operating system and application issues.

Experience supporting Microsoft 365 applications and services, including Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, and SharePoint Online.

Familiarity with Active Directory and Entra ID (Azure AD) user administration, including account and access management.

Experience supporting laptops, desktops, printers, and mobile devices such as smartphones and tablets.

5+ years of construction or project management experience

5+ years experience managing projects in data centers or comparable critical infrastructure in an operational space. Comparable critical infrastructure experience is defined as a facility that includes a 24/7 emergency backup system, manufacturing facility (semiconductor, auto, medical equipment or Clean rooms), Mass Transportation (freight or passenger rail), Oil and Gas, Utility, Hospitals or similar industry.

5+ years in on-site construction trades (mechanical, electrical, general) Vendor Management.

Bachelor's degree in engineering, project management, construction management or similar technical focus
