Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality, or related field and 5-7 years of experience in Quality Assurance, Manufacturing, or related field (or Master's degree with 3-5 years of experience)
3+ years of people management or leadership experience
Expert knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 standards and quality management systems
Strong understanding of GD&T; principles and quality inspection methodologies
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite i.e. Teams, Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.
Ability to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods, including in production environments
Occasional work in tight or confined spaces
Regular use of hands for handling equipment and small objects
Ability to lift and move up to 30 lbs
Visual acuity including close, distance, color, and depth perception
Ability to work on a computer for extended periods
