Ability to stand for extended periods of time (up to 8-10 hours per shift).
Ability to walk long distances within the plant and between workstations.
Ability to lift and carry up to 40 pounds occasionally.
Manual dexterity and ability to handle small tools and lab equipment.
Ability to bend, stoop, reach, and perform repetitive motions as needed.
Tolerance to working in varying environmental conditions (e.g., heat, noise).
