$90 per route ($70 regular route pay + $20 New Driver Bonus) on your first 20 routes.

Parking ticket reimbursement is subject to contract terms, including prompt documentation, max $150 per day, and max $300 per month.

Routes usually under 2 hours.

Routes available M-F ~10:30 am to ~12:30 pm.

The hourly pay for this role will range from $16.00 to $29.00 per hour based on full-time employment.

Part-Time

20.5-hour work week, between the hours of 7:00 am to 10:00 pm including holidays.

The schedule will be determined by the supervisor upon hire.

Tentative schedule Monday and Tuesday 2:50 pm to 10:00 pm and Saturday 1:50 pm to 10:00pm

High School Diploma or GED

1+ years of computer proficiency experience (be able to work with multiple monitors at one time)

1+ years of customer service or Healthcare related experience

Ability to travel to other offices if needed for coverage

Ability to abide by the code of conduct per Optum\UHG

Experience working with an electronic health record (EPIC)

Knowledge of Medical terms

Knowledge of insurance carriers and managed care plans

Bi-Lingual English and Spanish

1+ years of experience working in medical front office position performing duties such as scheduling appointments, checking patients in/out, insurance verification, collecting co-pays, and maintaining medical records

Ability to be cross trained as a medical assistant
