5+ years of experience in research, strategy, or thought leadership roles within healthcare, education, consulting, public health, or policy organizations required
2+ years of senior individual contributor experience managing research projects or content programs
Proven project management skills, with the ability to lead research initiatives from concept through publication, managing multiple projects, vendors, and deadlines simultaneously.
Strong background in quantitative and qualitative research methods, with familiarity in data visualization and analytics tools.
Exceptional writing and storytelling skills, with the ability to translate complex research into clear narratives for executive, media, and policy audiences.
Experience working with senior executives and subject matter experts to shape strategic content.
Knowledge of healthcare workforce trends, public policy, and media dynamics.
