Some experience in a print production environment
Minimum 1 year of customer service experience
Comfortable using computers and Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel
High school diploma or equivalent plus post-high-school technology training or relevant experience
Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 lbs
High school diploma or equivalent required
Post-high-school technology training or relevant experience required
Basic math skills, including percentages, multiplication, and division
Experience with scanning, file conversion, and document management
Knowledge of network-connected printers and devices
Basic printer troubleshooting and configuration
Familiarity with production tracking, reporting, and data entry
Ability to manage supplies and inventory
Comfortable standing for extended periods and operating production/finishing equipment
