Experience implementing incremental load and change-detection strategies
Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software engineering, or similar
Deep SQL expertise (query optimization, indexing, execution plans, modeling discipline)
Experience designing ODS-style integration layers and dimensional warehouse architectures
Experience supporting enterprise BI platforms (Power BI or equivalent)
6+ years building and scaling enterprise data platforms
Experience integrating multiple enterprise systems (ERP, HRIS, manufacturing, Engineering systems, SaaS platforms)
Strong understanding of canonical modeling and fact/dimension design
Ability to translate business complexity into scalable data structures

You have recent direct experience in data engineering, programming, and delivering scalable data solutions in complex environments.
You are highly skilled in programming languages such as PySpark, R, Spark SQL, Java, JavaScript, and TypeScript, with a focus on delivering efficient, well-documented code.
Experience setting up E2E Data pipeline, monitoring, and troubleshooting.
Experienced with CICD and code versioning capabilities such as GitHub and Jenkins.
You have a strong background in deploying and maintaining AI/ML models, with hands-on experience using platforms like Palantir Foundry, Snowflake, and AWS SageMaker .
You are proficient in cloud-native platforms and tools, including Hadoop, HDFS, Spark, Kubernetes, and ElasticSearch, to deliver high-performance data solutions.
