High School Diploma or GED required

5 years of experience in an avionics/electrical field (2 years of accredited aviation electronics schooling may offset experience)

Strong experience troubleshooting avionics and aircraft electrical systems required

Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematic diagrams

Ability to read and interpret basic blueprints and schematic diagrams.

Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English

Business jet avionics troubleshooting experience preferred

A&P; license, FCC license, or NCATT certification preferred

Strong working knowledge of avionics systems and, preferably, other aircraft systems (hydraulics, flight controls, landing gear, environmental systems)

APU and engine run qualifications preferred

Experience troubleshooting avionics and aircraft electrical systems on business jets preferred

A & P license, FCC license or NCATT certification preferred.

Preferred proficiency in the operation and troubleshooting of other acft systems or disciplines other than avionics, such as hydraulics, landing gear, flight controls, environmental controls or structural installations and repairs.

APU run qualification and engine run qualification preferred.
