The salary range for this position is: $57,970 - 97,820

Employees may be eligible for pay incentives based on overall corporate and individual performance and at the discretion of the USAA Board of Directors.

For your first three months, you'll work onsite at our Tampa campus. You'll receive hands-on training, focused coaching, and support from experienced teammates and leaders as you learn the role and build confidence in USAA's claims environment.

Relocation assistance is not available for this role.

Requiring three days each week in the office

Including mandatory on-call dates and potential evening, weekend, and holiday work outside normal business hours.

High school diploma or General Equivalency Diploma (GED).

Experience handling auto physical damage claims, including repair related claim decisions and settlements.

3 years of recent auto claims adjusting experience, including handling auto liability claims involving coverage investigations, disputed liability, and comparative negligence.

Experience independently managing an assigned auto claims inventory from investigation through resolution.

Acquisition and maintenance of required insurance adjuster licensing within 90 days and three attempts.

Successful completion of a job-related assessment may be required.

4 years of recent auto claims adjusting experience, including auto liability claims involving coverage investigations, disputed liability, and comparative negligence.

Total loss experience, including vehicle valuation and settlement negotiation.

Active adjuster's license or multiple state adjuster licenses.

Guidewire Claim Center experience.

Bachelor's degree.

US military experience through military service or as a military spouse/domestic partner.
