High School Diploma
Associates degree in a technical or manufacturing-oriented field
Undergraduate degree in engineering or technical field preferred
Minimum of 5 years as an A-rate mechanical or electrical technician or 2 years as a maintenance supervisor required
Experience in an industrial manufacturing or military environment required
Minimum of 5 years as a technician or 3 years as a supervisor preferred
Minimum of 5 years work experience required
Technical Equipment Maintenance Problem-Solving, Attention to Detail, Job Visualization, Proactive Mindset, Sequential Thinking required
Organization Skills, verbal and written communication skills, and Computer Literacy (MS Office products and CMMS - computerized maintenance management software) required
Export compliance eligibility for access to U.S. controlled technology (ITAR/EAR) required
Ability to qualify as either a U.S. citizen, a U.S. National, a lawful permanent resident of the U.S., a Person Admitted into the U.S. as an Asylee or Refugee, a National of a country not prohibited from access (via letter of assurance), or a person to be approved for an export license
