Bachelor's degree in engineering
3+ years' experience in Manufacturing Engineering
Well versed in equipment production and assembly environment
Experience with Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma/KANBAN or Kaizen methodology.
Knowledge of manufacturing processes, fabrication methods and tool design
Knowledge of safety and regulatory standards related to manufacturing
Experience with modeling and design (e.g., Creo Parametric or SolidWorks)
Experience with PLC programming, controls systems, and electronics.
Ability to drive world class design principles and standards into problem solutions.
Exceptional communication, team, and process skills.
Demonstrated interpersonal skills and team player mentality.
Excellent verbal/written communication, interpersonal skills, leadership skills and problem-solving abilities are required.
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint including developing graphs and presentations.
